Proudly locally sourced, our cider is made from 100% fresh-pressed Canadian apples—harvested from our own cider apple orchard and trusted local farms. North Folk Cider is blended with carefully selected, premium whole ingredients.
Traditional Methods
We ferment our cider to preserve the apples’ natural flavours and delicate aromas. This careful process means no need for artificial additives—just pure, authentic cider. Our ciders are naturally gluten-free and low in sugar.
